Follow the learner ****

Follow the learner -

The book starts great. Down to earth and very practical the doctor tells his story. Inspiring and applicable in many ways.

In the first part he explains how he tried it all in the '80's and '90's. Very recognisable. His story changed when he decided to try te enable one-piece-flow (after reading Lean thinking). He gives clear examples how he subsequently overcomes each next obstacle to reach his goal.

I especially appreciate that he states
'I wish I could say that I had a master plan when I started"
